Truebrook Commercial Capital is a small-business funding broker, not a lender. It makes no credit decisions and sets no rates or terms. Funding partners review requests and decide. A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receivables, not a loan.
Truebrook Commercial Capital Is a Funding Broker, Not a Lender
Truebrook Commercial Capital does not lend money and does not decide on credit, rates, fees, amounts or repayment terms. It takes funding requests from businesses, explains the funding types and passes each request to funding partners. Each partner applies its own standards and makes its own decision.
Partner Offers and Credit Inquiries
An offer comes from a funding partner and is governed by that partner's agreement. A partner may check business and personal credit during its review. The business decides whether to accept any offer.
Merchant Cash Advances Are Not Loans
A merchant cash advance is a purchase of part of a business's future receivables. There is no loan balance; the purchased amount is collected from receipts.
No Assurance of Funding
Sending a request does not mean any partner will make an offer. Truebrook cannot predict approval, amount, price or timing.
